User Guide
A controlled monthly workflow from target setting to final score.
Administrator
Create or update employee accounts, choose department and KPI role, issue a temporary password, then create the performance cycle.
Manager
Select an employee and cycle in KPI Workspace. Assign the department template, then adjust individual targets or weights. The total must equal 100%.
Employee
Enter the actual result, short explanation and evidence reference. Save a draft or submit it for review. Complete assigned tasks and keep progress current.
Review
The manager checks source evidence and approves each result. Only approved KPIs contribute to the official dashboard score.
Scoring
Higher-is-better: Actual ÷ Target × 100. Lower-is-better: 100 + (Target − Actual) ÷ Target × 100. Each result is capped at 120.
Decision bands
A+ 110–120, A 90–109.9, B 80–89.9, C 70–79.9, D 60–69.9, E below 60. Management action is required below 70.
Control rules
Sales is recognized only when delivered, approved-price compliant, fully recorded and Finance-confirmed. Evidence should reference an ERP record, approved report, ticket, reconciliation or signed checklist. Managers should close each monthly review by the fifth working day of the next month.
