User Guide
A controlled daily and monthly workflow from raw actual entry to final score.
Administrator
Create or update employee accounts, select the correct job position, and maintain the separate KPI Library. Library changes affect the next position KPI set applied.
Manager
Select an employee and cycle in KPI Workspace. Apply the position KPI set, then adjust individual targets, weights or fields. The total must equal 100%.
Employee
For Daily KPIs, enter today's raw quantity and the system calculates today's completion. For Monthly KPIs, enter the month's actual quantity or amount. Submit the completed scorecard for review.
Review
The manager checks source evidence and approves each result. Only approved KPIs contribute to the official dashboard score.
Scoring
Employees enter raw actual results. Higher-is-better and lower-is-better completion is calculated automatically. A Daily KPI's monthly completion is the average of its recorded daily completion percentages. Every result is capped at 120.
Decision bands
A+ 110–120, A 90–109.9, B 80–89.9, C 70–79.9, D 60–69.9, E below 60. Management action is required below 70.
Control rules
Sales is recognized only when delivered, approved-price compliant, fully recorded and Finance-confirmed. Evidence should reference an ERP record, approved report, ticket, reconciliation or signed checklist. Managers should close each monthly review by the fifth working day of the next month.
